Small business bookkeeping, on the other hand, is an ongoing service. We track your business’s financial transactions regularly (weekly or monthly) to keep everything organized. This helps ensure your books are in order for tax time and everyday business decisions. 

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes! We are a fully remote business. You can securely upload your documents and communicate with us via email, phone, or video chat, whichever is most comfortable for you.

Is my personal information safe?

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. Just visit our ‘How it Works‘ page and follow the steps.

What documents do I need to submit?

We will typically need:

– Tax forms (e.g., W-2s, 1099s)
– Expense receipts or spreadsheets
– Bank statements
– Proof of income or deductions

Please do not submit your SSN or government-issued ID online, We will collect sensitive details securely over the phone.

How long will it take to complete my return?

Once we have all your documents, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We’ll invoice you and let you review your documents before submitting to the IRS.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at this time. Payment in full is required before we submit your return. We accept major credit cards and ACH payments securely online.

What if I miss the tax deadline?

We can still help you file late returns or request an extension. Contact us as soon as possible so we can help minimize any penalties.
We also assist with past years’ taxes and amended returns.

How much do your services cost?

How do I send you my documents?

Once your intake form is complete, we’ll send you a secure link to upload your documents. We use encrypted systems to keep your information safe.

Can I make changes after submitting my intake form or documents?

Yes, just reach out to us by email or phone. We’ll make the updates before your return is finalized.

Do you serve clients outside Texas?

Yes! We’re licensed to file federal returns and offer services across all 50 states.

What kinds of discounts do you offer?

We currently offer:

  • 20% off for students and military with valid ID
  • Referral discounts for new clients sent our way
  • Seasonal promotions announced via our website home page or social media
Can I combine more than one discount?

Yes! We allow up to two discounts to be stacked unless otherwise stated. The total discount applied will be clearly shown on your invoice. If you qualify for more than two discounts, we’ll automatically apply the ones that give you the best value.

Do discounts apply to invoices that are already paid?

No, discounts must be applied before payment is made. If you believe a discount was missed, please reach out to support@maplerowtax.com right away and we’ll review it with you.
