2. Sign Consent and Upload Documents Securely

We’ll send a secure Client Consent Form along with a private Canopy client portal link for
encrypted tax document upload.

We do not collect sensitive information through regular email. Your personal and
financial data is protected through secure systems at every step.

3. Review, Quote and Intake Call

Once your documents are received, we review everything and provide a clear quote for
your tax preparation or bookkeeping service.

We’ll schedule a short intake call to confirm details and ensure accuracy before preparing
your return.

Standard turnaround: 3-5 business days after your intake call.
Rush tax preparation is available for an additional fee (see our Pricing page).

4. Secure Review and IRS Filing

Before filing, you’ll receive a secure summary review of your return.

Full payment is required before we submit to the IRS. Once approved and paid, we
electronically file your federal tax return and provide confirmation.

5. Access Your Final Documents Anytime

Your finalized tax return will be uploaded to your secure Canopy Client Portal, where you
can create an account and access all past returns prepared by Maple Row.

Encrypted email delivery or mailed copies are available upon request (additional fees may
apply).
